Backwell Tech. is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our development team.

The Role
Note: This is an on-site position in Berlin - remote work is not available
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end development of our web applications, from user interface design to backend logic implementation and cloud infrastructure. You'll work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, actively contributing to architectural and technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and Tailwind CSS
- Design and implement Cloud Functions to handle business logic
- Write clean and efficient Python code for automations and integrations
- Collaborate with the design team to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
- Optimize application performance on both client and server side
- Document code and implemented architectures
Core Requirements
- Proven experience with Next.js and React application development
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS for application styling
- Competence in creating and managing Cloud Functions
- Familiarity with Supabase as a backend-as-a-service
- Solid experience with Python for backend development and scripting
- Familiarity with cloud-native development principles
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with AWS and its core services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.)
- Knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Familiarity with Supabase as a backend-as-a-service
- Experience with Cloudflare Workers and edge computing services
- Knowledge of Go language for high-performance applications
- Background in Cloud Software Engineering and distributed architectures
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
